How long does it take to complete a survey?
If you don't qualify for a survey, it will take a minute or less. If you do qualify, then it usually takes from 10 to 15 minutes. Some survey invitations come with the estimated amount of time needed, so you can be ready ahead.
Can I sign in all my family members?
It's not needed. Survey companies usually accept only one registration per household. But they'll ask you for all the members in your household, and send survey invitations for them sometimes.
I finished a survey 2 days ago, why haven't I gotten paid yet?
First of all, be sure you requested a payment. If so, go to the survey company website and check how much time they take to send the payment. It usually takes 15 to 30 days to receive the payment. You can also try to contact support, just look for the contact page on their website.
